First 7 To Glenn
We did this contest a few times last year–really enjoying it!! So, let it begin, again!
Your first three opportunities to win will be:
- Chuckanut 50k this Saturday (3/21)!!
- Gorge Waterfalls 100k and 50k (3/28, 3/29)
As many of you know, our employee Glenn Tachiyama has been taking race photos for years. See them here. We love our customers and are always looking for fun ways to give back.
The #First7ToGlenn contest is simple: wear any of our logo’d merchandise and be photo’d by Glenn at a certain point in the race, and you’ll have a chance to win.
For the Chuckanut 50k:
The first and last man and woman to reach Glenn near the top of Chinscraper–and to be captured in a photo revealing the Seven Hills Running Shop logo or Team 7hills logo (or our script “seven hillls”)–will earn a $50 store Trail Bucks Certificate.
There will be 4 winners for the Chuckanut 50k.

Rules:
- Employees or Sponsored Team 7hills runners and Ambassadors cannot win
- This is not a speed contest; it is a photo contest.
- If you beat Glenn to the spot, and thus don’t get photographed, you cannot win. Glenn might leave the spot to go on to the next spot, possibly missing several 7s. Sorry!
- The logo must be visible in the photo. If you do a crazy jump or spin, the logo might not appear and the next 7 will win.
- More likely, the logo might get covered up by a pack or the person in front of you!
- Seven Hills stickers do not work to win; only clothing, hats, visors, and compression sleeves–although the logos on the compression sleeves appear on the backside, so that might be tough to win that way!
- The $50 Trail Bucks have very few restrictions–see store for details. They are not $50 cash.
