In-store purchases:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to the store within two months of the purchase date.
Return Exceptions:
No returns on Norda, NNormal, Nike Ultrafly, VJ, La Sportiva or Salomon S/Lab products. No returns on the Hoka Skyward X.
Other specific exceptions may be noted on your receipt.
Damaged gear and product defects:
Returns will not be accepted for gear that has suffered ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents. However, if you believe your purchase has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship please contact the shop.
Final Sales:
All sales are final on:

- Clearance items
