March 28th at 9am | Seven Hills Running Shop

2026 Trail Running Film Festival | Seattle
On Saturday, March 28, the Trail Running Film Festival will be making its Seattle stop for an evening that celebrates the spirit of trail running — powerful stories, breathtaking landscapes, and the kind of electric community energy that only happens when a room is filled with runners who share the same passion.
BUT FIRST, we run!
At Seven Hills Running Shop we’ll start the day the best way we know how: on the trails.
Kick-off with Brooks x Team7Hills x Cowgill!

Before we take a break from the dirt and head to the theater to live other people’s adventures vicariously, Brooks Running will be hosting a special morning kick-off group run from Seven Hills Running Shop.
Runners will head out to explore the Discovery Park trails on an hour-long run led by the Cowgill Trail Collective, with the opportunity to demo the new Brooks Cascadia Elite super trail shoes along the way.
Don’t you agree that it’s the perfect way to connect with the community, test out new gear, and get your trail fix before the evening’s festivities begin?!
The morning group trail run and Brooks shoe demo is free to attend and there’s still time to get your tickets for the Trail Running Film Festival in the evening!
From The Big Mountains To The Big Screen
This year’s film festival lineup takes you from rugged mountain summits to deeply personal breakthroughs. Each story explores the many reasons we run — the challenges we embrace, the places we discover, and the people we become along the way. Whether you’re chasing finish lines, seeking solitude on the trail, or simply drawn to the adventure of the outdoors, these films capture the heart of what makes trail running so meaningful.
Before the show, connect with fellow runners and explore the Seattle Trail Community Expo. Doors open at 5 PM, giving you time to meet local organizations, discover new gear, and celebrate the vibrant trail community that makes the Pacific Northwest such a special place to run.
The film showcase begins at 6 PM, bringing everyone together for an inspiring night of storytelling and shared passion for the trails.
Make It A Full Day Of Trail Community
Grab your running crew, mark your calendar, and get ready to start the day at 9am on the Discovery Park trails with your running friends at Seven Hills Running Shop, Brooks and the Cowgill Trail Collective, and then end it with an unforgettable night of films and storytelling.
