Holiday Wish List

Have you wrapped up all your presents, happy with your shopping exploits?!  Don’t worry, this post won’t make you regret any of your purchases.  Our employee holiday wishes are wishes because they will not be ready to buy until 2016!

These are the gifts you can’t put under the tree in 2015

Phil’s wishes:

1. Pearl Izumi Trail N3 (March 2016) The most cushioned trail shoe (ever!) from one of our best-selling brands?!? The wish of all wishes!
2. Montrail Trans Alps (February 2016) The most cushioned trail shoe (ever!) from The Original Trail Running Brand?!? Finally Montrail gets it!
3. Ultimate Direction TO race vest (Jan/Feb 2016) TO stands for Timothy Olson, 2 time Western States 100 champ and record holder.  As a shoe guy, this is as excited about a pack as I could ever be!
4. Ultimate Direction Adventure Vesta (Jan/Feb 2016) As a man, this is the most excited about a women’s specific pack as I could ever be!  UD gets it: women want women’s packs!

Glenn’s wishes:

1. Montrail Trans Alps

Adam’s wishes:

1. Pearl Izumi Trail N2 v3 (July 2016) Finally the N2’s get more aggressive traction! It will have the same tread as the Trail N3, so you’ll get a sneak peak of it in March.
2. Hoka Challenger ATR v2 (February 2016) Well…REI has them now; we have to wait until February.  [Phil’s 5th wish: a Lump of Coal to Hoka]
3. Salomon Speedcross 4 (August 2016)

Kay’s wishes:

1. Pearl Izumi Trail N3 – As I’ve found the existing trail shoes to be a pinch too narrow I’m eager for the PI trail N3 with a wider fit.
2. Altra Lone Peak 3.0 (July 2016)
3. Altra Lone Peak 3.0 Mid Top (July 2016) Didn’t want to take the sample pair off! While they’ll be a useful addition to the trail running wardrobe, when it’s time to get in the trail volunteer hours, or just give back and do some WTA trail work where hiking boots are required gear, these could well be the perfect option.
