I started running in 2010 when I decided to quit being sedentary and to quit smoking a pack day. A year later I ran my first ultra and I was hooked! I love all kinds of running (Mountains. Roads. Trails. Treadmills.) but I have a special affinity for the forest. As much as I love the diversity in the wilderness here in the Pacific Northwest, I love the community. Seven Hills has really been instrumental in building the PNW trail and ultra scene and I am thankful to be a part of that. #Team7Hills !!!
